Maximum delivery times:
The maximum delivery period within the US is 8 business days (Sundays and state-recognized holidays excluded) after the buyer has issued the payment order to the remitting credit institution in the case of advance payment (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal, etc.). If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered, the maximum delivery period is 5 working days (Sundays and state holidays excluded) after conclusion of the contract.
The maximum delivery time to other countries that can be selected during the ordering process is 10 working days (Sundays and public holidays excluded) after the buyer has given the payment order to the transferring bank. If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered as a payment option, the maximum delivery period is 7 working days (Sundays and public holidays excluded) after conclusion of the contract.
Delivery times for custom-made products will be agreed separately with the buyer.
